Kirkwood Kids build constructive skills

Sheri Koch's pre-school class is taking Bob the Builder to a whole new level this week. Each week at Kirkwood Kids, teachers are encouraged to pick a theme for their classroom. Koch's class is learning about construction this week. They are learning about who construction workers are, where they work and the kinds of jobs they do everyday.

Future education plans ride on costly decisions

 After completing the Associate of Arts (A.A.) or the Associate of Science (A.S.) Degree, many Kirkwood and junior college students face a difficult choice: Choosing both what school they should and would like to go to next and if they can afford it.  Much of that decision can be based on whether the colleges that are being considered are private or public.
