It's finally time to dust off the bobble-head Dwights and not accept any calls on Thursday nights because NBC's "The Office" is back for a new season.

"The Office" is a mockumentary about the lives of the workers at Dunder-Mifflin, a paper supply company in Scranton, Pa.  Their regional manager, Michael Scott (Carell), switches between being absolutely likeable and absolutely detestable while Dwight Schrute (Wilson), the assistant regional manager, is odd but totally likeable.  Other main players include Jim Halpert (Krasinski), the number two at Dunder-Mifflin Scranton, Pam Beesly (Fischer), the receptionist and Ryan Howard (Novak), the former temp who eventually rises to corporate.  Add in a multitude of other crazy co-workers and events and it makes anyone wish they worked at Dunder-Mifflin.

At the end of last season, Ryan had received the corporate job, Jim had dumped Karen and finally asked Pam out on a date and Dwight's stint as regional manager was short-lived as Michael came back to reclaim his job.  It seemed that the show had ended the season on a high note since the whole JAM (Jim and Pam) relationship was starting to take flight and every status was quo.

But is everything perfect in paradise?  Karen still works at Dunder-Mifflin which may cause some hostility between her and Jim.  Ryan might end up missing Dunder-Mifflin Scranton and who knows, there could be some conflict between Dwight and Angela's relationship.

Still craving an office fix? Well, obsess no more because The Office: Season 3 has just been released on DVD. Sept. 4 was a holiday for office fanatics as the new box sets each came with their own special extras, if you bought it at either Best Buy or Target, that is.

The Best Buy set comes with a mini dundie award, a mini Dwight bobble head, a welcome abroad letter and a Schrute buck. The Target set comes with a bonus disc that contains more extra scenes and interviews and a copy of the shooting draft for the episode "The Gay Witch Hunt."

These extras on the box sets might sound very strange to someone who doesn't watch the show, but for the fans out there, it's totally awesome. With bloopers, deleted scenes, promos, interviews and of course, the episodes, The Office: Season 3 is the perfect buy for any fan of "The Office."

The Office starts off its fourth season on Sept. 27 at its new time at 8 p.m.
