Sometimes the car radio just gets old and repetitive; the latest songs (which half of them you detest) are played ten times in a row, the commercials are loud and obnoxious, and groups you've never heard of are played rarely. Luckily, there's a solution to listen to great music you enjoy and discover new groups that more often than not you'll enjoy.

Pandora Radio is powered in part by the Music Genome Project, which analyzes the attributes or "genomes" of a song. .When a person accesses the Web site, they can imput their favorite song, artist or composer. The radio will playing various groups and songs they've determined to be similar to your choices.

It's eerily accurate at guessing what songs and groups you'll enjoy, and it's fun adding more groups and songs to your station. Another great thing sis that you can vote whether you like the song or don't like the song and your radio station will change according to it, or say that you're tired of a song and it won't play that song for a while.

This is a great Web site that I would recommend to everyone. I've heard plenty of groups on this program that I've never heard before and really enjoyed, and no commercial breaks between songs is fine with me.
