Q: What’s going positive for the volleyball team so far this season?
A: “We are really coming together as a team and we are improving every day.”

Q: What are some of the challenges?
A: “Our team is working hard to be more consis- tent every match.”

Q: What has playing volleyball taught you off the court?
A: “It has instilled the meaning of work ethic, trusting others I had not met before joining the team, working as a team for a common goal and giving me a sense of competition that will be vi- tal in the future.”

Q: What are some of the differences you have found from being a high school student athlete, to a college student athlete?
A: “It is a lot more challenging. Just time man- agement alone is very stressful at times. Having to get to class, study, practices, games, being on the road trying to do proper class work is very hard. We have study tables and that is a good time to catch up or get some advice or help but it still comes down to time management.”

Q: What are the benefits of being a college ath- lete?
A: “There are a lot more fans at our matches, we get to go on a lot cooler trips and see other colleges but I like the level of competition I get to see every match, there is never an easy night, you have to be playing your best if you have any chance to win.”

A: “We love having big crowds, the louder the bet- ter. Our supporters make it hard for our opponents and drive us to perform at our best. We appreciate and love our crowds.”
