Introduction to Zen Practice

Minneapolis, MN, Tuesday, August 29, 2017 - Compassionate Ocean Dharma Center will be hosting a special two-session introduction to Zen meditation and related practices. The sessions will take place on Mondays, September 11 and September 18 from 7:00-8:30 p.m. at 652 17th Avenue NE, Minneapolis, MN 55413. Presented by Michael O'Neal, a guiding teacher at the Center. Compassionate Ocean Dharma Center is dedicated to the central practice of awakening. The activities of the Center cultivate awareness of the essential beauty and dignity of life coming from full engagement with life-as-it-is.
